隧道施工针梁台车设计与有限元分析

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Needle Beam Trolley for Tunnel Construction

  • 摘要: 针梁台车作为圆形隧洞衬砌的一种专用设备,在隧道施工过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用。该文主要针对针梁台车在隧道拐弯处存在的问题进行结构的改进设计,应用SolidWorks软件对针梁台车各部件进行建模,并通过SolidWorks Simulation平台对针梁结构进行有限元分析。结果显示:改进后的针梁台车满足使用的强度要求,所得结论可为针梁台车的后续特性研究提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: As a special equipment of circular tunnel lining, the needle beam trolley plays an indispensable role in tunnel construction. In this paper, aiming at the problems existing in the tunnel corner of the needle beam trolley, structural improvement design is conducted that the length of the lining is longer, and the trolley does not need to be dismantled. The SolidWorks software is used for the needle beam trolley components modeling, and finite element analysis on the needle beam structure is conducted through SolidWorks Simulation platform. The results show that the strength can meet the requirements of use, which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent characteristic research of the needle beam trolley.
