高压活动弯头拆卸装置设计

Design of High Pressure Movable Elbow Removal Device

  • 摘要: 高压活动弯头在石油、化工等行业应用广泛,而弯头内部滚珠易受流体颗粒影响而磨损。为保证高压活动弯头正常工作,需定期将其拆卸并更换内部滚珠。文章针对传统人工拆卸弯头效率低、浪费人力等问题,设计出一款可以实现对不同型号弯头进行拆卸的高压活动弯头拆卸装置,重点对拆卸装置的结构和工作原理进行了介绍,并通过三维模型动画演示和理论分析验证了设计的可行性。该装置使用便捷、高效,符合当前市场的需求。

     

    Abstract: High-pressure movable elbows are widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries, and the balls inside the elbow are easily affected by fluid particles and wear. In order to ensure the normal operation of the high-pressure movable elbow, it is necessary to periodically disassemble the high-pressure movable elbow and replace its internal balls. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and waste of manpower of the traditional manual disassembly elbows, a high-pressure movable elbow disassembly device that can realize the disassembly of a different types of elbows is designed. The structure and working principle of this device are emphasized in this article; and the feasibility of the design is verified by three-dimensional model animation demonstration and theoretical analysis. The device is convenient and efficient to use, and it meets the current market demands.
