Research and Application of a Damping Device for Monorail Turnout

  • 摘要: 悬挂式单轨道岔是悬挂式单轨交通线路的核心设备,其可动芯道岔应用最为广泛。该文根据可动芯道岔转辙动作及结构原理,在岔芯连接部位设计了一种扭转用弹性阻尼器。然后,结合道岔的转辙原理,通过模拟和测试提出了阻尼器的特定刚度,设计了阻尼构件的结构形式;通过对阻尼器功能和结构形式的对比分析,确定了设计方案;最后进行了试制和实验测试。结果表明:该阻尼构件满足功能需求和特定安装空间的使用要求,结构紧凑、安装维护方便。

     

    Abstract: The suspended monorail turnout is the core equipment of the suspended monorail line, in which the movable core turnout is the most widely used. According to the rutting action and structural principle of the movable core turnout, it is necessary to design a kind of elastic damper for torsion at the connecting part of the bifurcated core. Therefore, combined with the rutting principle of the turnout, the specific stiffness of damper is put forward through simulation and test, the structural form of the damping member is designed, the function and structural form of the damper are compared and analyzed, and the design scheme is determined. The trial production and experimental tests are carried out, and the results show that the damping component meets the functional requirements and use of specific installation space, and it has compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance.
