某型重卡自卸车货厢仿真分析及轻量化研究

Simulation Analysis and Lightweight Research on Dump Truck Cargo of a Heavy Truck

  • 摘要: 为了提高重型卡车的运输效率并降低能耗,该文对重卡自卸车货厢的轻量化设计进行系统性研究。首先,通过SolidWorks进行三维建模,利用ANSYS Workbench对某型重卡自卸车货厢进行静力学分析和模态分析。其次,在保证约束条件和自卸货箱安全性能的预期设计前提下进行轻量化设计。最后进行仿真分析。研究表明:重卡自卸车货厢纵横梁数量优化的质量下降比为6.9%,货厢铝合金材料优化的质量下降比为12.8%,货厢Q245钢材料优化的质量下降比为9.8%,验证了所提轻量化方案的可行性和有效性。该研究不仅有助于推动重卡自卸车货厢轻量化设计的实用化,同时也提供了一种系统性、科学性的研究方法,为之后的同类设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the lightweight design of the cargo compartment of a heavy truck dump truck is systematically studied aiming to improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the energy consumption. Firstly, three-dimensional modeling is carried out by Solid works, and static and modal analyses are conducted on the cargo compartment of a certain type of heavy truck dump truck by using ANSYS Workbench. Secondly, the lightweight design is carried out under the constraint conditions and the expected design premise of ensuring the safety performance of the dump box. Finally, the simulation analysis shows that the mass reduction ratio of optimizing the number of longitudinal and transverse beams of the cargo compartment of heavy truck dump truck is 6.9%, the mass reduction ratio of optimizing the aluminum alloy material of the cargo compartment is 12.8%, and the mass reduction ratio of optimizing the Q245 steel material of the cargo compartment is 9.8%, which verifies the feasibility and validity of the proposed lightweighting scheme. This study not only helps to promote the practical design of the lightweight of the dump truck, but also provides a systematic and scientific research method.
