Study on the Characteristics of Hydraulic Support Propulsion Control System in Coal Face

  • 摘要: 以两柱掩护式液压支架电液控制系统为研究对象,重点分析了液压支架底座推进回路作为位置伺服控制系统的动态特性。建立了位置伺服控制系统的功率放大器、位置传感器、液压缸和加载数学模型,根据晋华宫煤矿使用的掩护式液压支架,确定了推进控制系统的模型参数,推导了阀控推进油缸的开环传递函数。文章还利用仿真软件对推进回路控制系统的稳定性进行了分析,并根据仿真曲线和稳定性验证了电液控制系统回路的稳定性,验证了伺服控制系统的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Taking the electro-hydraulic control system of the two-column shield hydraulic support as the research object, and the propulsion circuit of the hydraulic support base as the position servo control system, the dynamic characteristics are studied in this article. The power amplifier, position sensor, hydraulic cylinder and loading mathematical model of the position servo control system are established. According to the shield hydraulic support used in Jinhuagong Coal Mine, the model parameters of the propulsion control system are determined, and the open-loop transfer function of the valve-controlled propulsion cylinder is derived. Meanwhile, the simulation software is also adopted to analyze the stability of the propulsion loop control system. According to the simulation curve and stability, the stability of the electro-hydraulic control system loop is verified, and the application effect of the servo control system is explained.
