Abstract:
Taking the electro-hydraulic control system of the two-column shield hydraulic support as the research object, and the propulsion circuit of the hydraulic support base as the position servo control system, the dynamic characteristics are studied in this article. The power amplifier, position sensor, hydraulic cylinder and loading mathematical model of the position servo control system are established. According to the shield hydraulic support used in Jinhuagong Coal Mine, the model parameters of the propulsion control system are determined, and the open-loop transfer function of the valve-controlled propulsion cylinder is derived. Meanwhile, the simulation software is also adopted to analyze the stability of the propulsion loop control system. According to the simulation curve and stability, the stability of the electro-hydraulic control system loop is verified, and the application effect of the servo control system is explained.
