煤矿刮板输送机张力监测系统设计与试验

Design and Research on Tension Monitoring System of Coal Mine Scraper Conveyor

  • 摘要: 刮板链是刮板输送机的主要受力部件,其在长期运行过程中易发生卡链、断链、飘链等故障,严重时甚至影响煤矿的生产安全及生产效率。针对上述问题,文章选取链条张力作为判断刮板链状态的主要参数,设计了一套刮板输送机链张力实时监测系统。该系统可实现对刮板链张力值的实时采集、远程监测与故障报警。系统采用嵌入式无线张力采集装置对刮板链张力进行就地采集,采集到的数据通过无线网实时传输,从而实现远程上位机的远程监测与故障预警,此系统设计可有效保障刮板输送机安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: The scraper chain, as the main load-bearing component of the scraper conveyor, is prone to malfunctions such as chain jamming, chain breakage, and floating chain during long-term operation, which seriously affects the safety and efficiency of coal mine production. In response to the above issues, in this article, chain tension is chosen as the main parameter to judge the status of scraper chains, and a real-time monitoring system for scraper conveyor chain tension is designed, which can achieve real-time collection, remote monitoring, and fault alarm of scraper chain tension values. The system adopts an embedded wireless tension collection device to collect the tension of the scraper chain on site, and the data is transmitted in real-time through the wireless network. Remote monitoring and fault warning are carried out by the remote upper computer, effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the scraper conveyor.
