井下液压支架箱型焊接结构疲劳行为试验分析

Study on Fatigue Behavior of Box Welded Structure of Hydraulic Support in Underground Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 液压支架在井下高动态载荷作用下,通常会发生疲劳失效的现象。因断裂位置一般在焊接接头处,故存在严重的应力集中问题。为了研究并进一步提高液压支架的疲劳强度,该文采用有限元分析的方法,对疲劳失效可能发生的位置进行了分析。并对危险部位采用不同形式的焊接接头进行疲劳试验,得到了导致液压支架发生疲劳损伤的主要原因。该研究将为液压支架焊接结构的疲劳设计提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Under the action of high dynamic load in the underground, the fatigue failure of hydraulic support usually occurs. The fracture position is generally at the welded joint, and there is serious stress concentration. In order to study and further improve the fatigue strength of hydraulic support, the finite element analysis method is used in this paper to analyze the possible location of fatigue failure. Fatigue tests are carried out on different forms of welded joints for the dangerous parts, and the main factors of fatigue damage of hydraulic support are obtained. This study will provide a theoretical reference for the fatigue design of welded structure of hydraulic support.
