Abstract:
According to the design requirements of an automatic production line for casting superalloy structural parts, the automatic processing technology of the structural parts is studied to solve the problems such as difficult assembly and alignment, easy deformation, and accumulation of machining tolerances, etc., and the parts manufacturing process is also developed. The application of agile tooling can realize automatic loading and unloading of parts and one-time clamping processing, reduce repeated clamping errors and ensure the dimensional consistency. Through the application of ceramic tools and the monitoring of tool wear, the size consistency is within 0.05mm, the parts processing quality is stable and reliable, the tool consumption cost is reduced by 50%, and the processing efficiency is increased by more than 300%. This method provides a reference for the construction of automatic production line for casting parts.
