Application and Research Progress of High Strength and High Conductivity Copper Alloys

  • 摘要: 该文重点介绍了高强高导铜合金的制备工艺技术及应用,并结合固溶+沉淀强化、细晶强化、形变强化、弥散强化、析出强化等强化方式分析了高强高导铜合金制备技术的应用特点,最后展望了高强高导铜合金的未来发展前景与方向,为高强高导铜合金新材料的开发提供思路和参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper focuses on the preparation technology and application of high-strength and high conductivity copper alloy, analyzes the preparation technology of high strength and high conductivity copper alloy by combining the solid solution and precipitation strengthening, fine grain strengthening, deformation strengthening, dispersion strengthening, precipitation strengthening and other strengthening methods, and finally looks forward to the future development prospects and directions of high strength and high conductivity copper alloys. It can provide ideas and references for the development of new materials for high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy in the future.
