某型汽车发动机排气凸轮轴型线分析与优化研究

Analysis and Optimization of the Exhaust Camshaft Profile of a Certain Automobile Engine

  • 摘要: 文章以某款1.6 L发动机为主要研究对象,采用AVL BOOST软件对原机的排气凸轮轴型线进行了仿真,并经过分析与优化后形成了全新的排气凸轮轴型线。与原发动机的性能进行对比发现,在不修改凸轮型线最大升程的情况下,通过提前调整排气门打开角度来对发动机排气凸轮轴型线进行优化,能够使扭矩和功率得到提升并使燃油消耗率降低;优化后排气凸轮轴型线能够有效提高发动机的性能,延长使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Taking a 1.6L engine as the research object, the AVL BOOST software was used to simulate the exhaust camshaft profile of the original engine, and after analysis and optimization, a new exhaust camshaft profile was formed. When compared with the performance of the original engine, without modifying the maximum lift of the camshaft profile, the exhaust valve opening angle was adjusted in advance, and optimization of the engine exhaust camshaft profile can increase torque and power, and reduce the fuel consumption rate. The optimized exhaust camshaft profile can effectively improve the engine performance and extend its service life.
