Process Design and Manufacture of High Temperature Wear-Resistant Gate Valve

  • Combined with the user′s demand for high temperature and wear resistant valves, a design and manufacturing scheme of valves used in heavy pressure equipment in the field of petroleum and chemical industry is proposed. The structural design of wear-resistant parts and the production process of wear-resistant parts are introduced in detail; the selection of materials under different temperature grades is recommended; and the performance test requirements of wear-resistant lining valves are proposed. Through the strict pressure test of high temperature wear-resistant gate valve and the actual use effect of users, it is verified that all the performance of the valve can meet the field operating conditions. The problems of short service life, unreliable seal and easy to cause safety accidents are solved.
