Research and Application of Cherry Picker Tilting Safety Control System Retrofitting

By analyzing the causes of safety accidents in high-altitude operation vehicles, the upgrade and transformation plan for high-altitude operation vehicle electrical control system is proposed in this article so as to standardize the behavior of operators, reduce the occurrence of overturning accidents caused by operational errors, and effectively solve the problem of high-altitude operation vehicle overturning due to the failure to timely correct personnel errors. The plan includes the installation of overturning warning and active intervention devices to warn and restrict the occurrence of operator errors, which has good practical value in reducing human accidents.
