Abstract
In order to improve the stability of the racing car braking system, the braking system is analyzed and optimized in this article. Through the on-site investigation of the team, the basic parameters of the cars are mastered. Based on the data, the driving force and distribution coefficient of the car are calculated. The synchronous attachment coefficient is obtained through the MATLAB simulation model, and the brake line and brake disc of the racing car are designed based on the calculation data. The CATIA software is used to draw a three-dimensional diagram, and then the structural mechanical analysis of the brake pedal and support base is performed through the ANSYS finite element analysis software so as to verify that the designed brake pedal meets the requirements. Finally, the CARSIM simulation results show that the optimized design improves the stability of the braking system.
