Design and Application Analysis of Intelligent Transformation for Mining Tunneling Machines

  • In response to the harsh working environment of the mine excavation face and the low level of automation and intelligent excavation of the excavation machine, the intelligent transformation of the excavation work of the excavation machine is emphasized in this article. The intelligent cutting monitoring system of the excavation machine is designed, and the hardware and software parts of the system are introduced. Then application testing is conducted, and the test results show that the application of this system can monitor the cutting situation of the excavation machine in real time, automatically control the cutting process, promote the reduction of personnel and increase efficiency in excavation work, and provide technical support for the automation and unmanned development of the excavation work face.
