Engineering Machinery Hydraulic Cylinder Pulling Cylinder Failure Mechanism Analysis and Research

  • As a critical component of construction machinery, the research related to the failure of hydraulic cylinders has been the focus of attention. Pulling cylinder is a common and typical failure of hydraulic cylinder, which will lead to the hydraulic cylinder work with internal leakage and abnormal operation of the cylinder. This paper summarizes the signs of the performance of the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder, and analyzes the various causes of the pulling cylinder. By studying the mechanism of hydraulic cylinder pulling, the process of hydraulic cylinder pulling is divided into three stages. The wear mechanism of the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder is studied, and it is considered that the form of wear of the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder is mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear, and the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder specimen of a certain type of truck crane provided by a certain company is analyzed and verified.
