Abstract
To address the issues of low machining efficiency, excessive tool consumption, and high processing costs associated with difficult-to-machine materials, this study conducted experimental optimization analyses on tool quota management. Firstly, machining parameter optimization tests were performed on standard specification tools to determine the service life of various tool brands under required processing conditions. Subsequently, optimized machining parameters and tool life for other commonly used specifications were established based on the test results. Finally, a cost-performance ratio optimization method was applied to select tools with the lowest total processing costs for difficult-to-machine materials, thereby achieving the objective of quota management optimization for cutting tools.
