Finite Element Analysis and Optimization of Equipment Lifting Structure Strength based on Hypermesh and Abaqus

  • In this paper, a lifting structure is taken as the research object, and the finite element model of the lifting structure is established by Hypermesh. Then, Abaqus finite element analysis software is used as the solver to simulate the stress and deformation of the lifting structure when lifting specified goods under limit working state. The strength of the lifting structure is checked and optimized based on the simulation results. This analysis method provides reference for evaluating the rationality of the lifting structure design and structural optimization in the process of factory production line renovation.
