Research on Implementation Technologies for Strong Impact Testing Methods under Extreme Conditions
-
Abstract
This paper conducts a systematic study on the engineering implementation of high-impact tests for airborne equipment during catapult takeoff and arresting landing. Combining field test data and on-site commissioning experience, a complete technical system for high-impact testing is established. The system covers key implementation procedures including fixture optimization, waveform iterative correction and sensor mounting positioning, which effectively addresses common problems in conventional tests such as distorted simulation of impact environment, poor reliability of data acquisition and unsatisfactory test repeatability. The results show that the proposed test scheme provides reliable experimental basis and technical support for evaluating the anti-impact performance of airborne equipment. The relevant experience can guide the engineering practice of similar high-impact tests, possessing great engineering application value and promotion potential.
