Design and Finite Element Analysis of Portable Stereo Garage

  • Combined with the current situation of difficult vehicle parking and retrieval in China, this paper analyzes the technical advantages of stereo garages and completes the overall scheme design. A portable stereo garage with comb-shaped car-carrying plates is developed, and its operating mode for fast vehicle parking and retrieval is introduced. Finite element simulation is adopted to conduct mechanical analysis on key components, and the distribution characteristics of stress and displacement are determined. The research shows that the equipment features stable structure, simple operation, low cost and high practicability, which well meets the actual application demands in China.
