Analysis and Design of Hydrogen-Powered Seeding and Fertilizing Integrated Machine based on Photovoltaic Power Supply

  • To address high energy consumption and heavy pollution of traditional agricultural machinery, this paper proposes a hydrogen-powered integrated seeding and fertilizing machine supplied by photovoltaic power to realize combined seeding and fertilizing operations. The equipment adopts photovoltaic hydrogen production technology and uses hydrogen fuel cells as power source to complete integrated operations. The research includes working principle analysis, overall scheme design, prototype development and performance testing. Design and calculation of core components such as transmission system, motors and controllers are completed, and field tests are carried out. The test results show that the equipment features energy conservation, environmental friendliness and high working efficiency. It can achieve precise seeding and uniform fertilization, and effectively improve agricultural production efficiency. In addition, this paper discusses the issues of hydrogen storage, supporting infrastructure construction and cost control, providing references for further product optimization.
