Structural Design and Analysis of Planetary Gear Pair of RV Reducer Based on MASTA

This study focuses on the precision RV reducer extensively used in industrial robot joints. With MASTA software, parametric modeling, structural design and simulation analysis for planetary gear Pair are implemented to solve key problems such as load sharing, strength check and gear profile optimization, offering technical support for the design and performance enhancement of RV reducer planetary gear pairs.
