Processing Technology of Aluminum Alloy Special-shaped Structure

This paper discusses the precision machining technology of aluminum alloy alien structure volute in detail. Firstly, the structural features and the characteristics of material deformation and thin wall parts are introduced. In view of these difficulties, a series of processing process schemes are put forward, including the manufacture of deformed prosthetic parts, the formulation of clamping scheme, rough machining scheme, aging treatment and the finishing scheme of key parts.
