Design of Hydraulic System for Mobile Kitchen Waste Container with Multiple Operating Modes

  • For the slow efficiency of kitchen waste collection by food waste trucks, design a dual-pump hydraulic system for a mobile kitchen waste container. The two pumps control a lifting mechanism respectively, and the two lifting mechanisms can operate either independently or simultaneously, one of the lifting mechanisms can work concurrently with a scraping mechanism.The paper focuses on analyzing and selecting hydraulic systems for the rear door, scraping mechanism, and lifting mechanism, deriving the schematic diagrams for each hydraulic system. Through practical application, it has been verified that the design of the mobile kitchen waste container provides guiding significance for improving the efficiency of kitchen waste collection and transportation.
