Exploration of Structural Fixation Method for a Special Electrical Device

In existing power electronic equipment, a large number of electrical components have special performance requirements. Due to their high or unique operating voltage and current parameters, specialized structural fixation methods are often required to meet safety and reliability standards.This paper takes a high-voltage diode as the research object. Considering its relatively high operating voltage, a special installation and fixation method must be adopted to improve the overall voltage withstand level. The study focuses on the installation and fixation method of the high-voltage diode. By analyzing and comparing two different installation schemes, a more reasonable and reliable installation approach is determined.The research results aim to provide reference experience for the structural design and installation of similar electrical devices and lay a foundation for further exploration of more universal and practical installation methods.
