Design of Flexible Combination Crane

  • This paper briefly outlines the current status and development of flexible modular cranes in China, establishing the overall design scheme for such cranes. In view of the function and force of the flexible combination crane rail, the functional structural design of the flexible combination crane and the strength check of the rail are carried out, and through the theoretical design, mechanical analysis and simulation verification, it is concluded that the design function of the flexible combination crane is feasible and the rail is designed to be stable and reliable, and it is verified that the distribution of stress, displacement and strain of the rail under the rated load complies with the safety and safety standards.
