  • Whether the goods are reasonably fixed is a prerequisite for ensuring the safety of cargo transportation. In the process of road logistics transportation, ratchet tensioners are widely used for bundling and fixing goods. The rationality of its structure and the compliance of the strength of the structure have an important impact on the safety of cargo transportation. Analyze the mechanical principle of the tensioner structure, and analyze the force during operation, and explain its safety and reliability from a theoretical point of view. The finite element analysis of the ratchet tensioner was carried out by ANSYS software, and the stress distribution and displacement deformation of the tensioner in the tensioned state were obtained, and the topology was optimized to reduce the mass and optimize the maximum stress and maximum deformation results. The research results provide a reference for the lightweight design of ratchet tensioners.
