Abstract
In response to the problems of low flue gas purification efficiency and incomplete waste heat recovery in traditional distillation furnace waste heat utilization systems, this paper designs a waste heat utilization device that integrates dynamic dust removal and two-stage heat exchange. Through theoretical analysis and engineering practice verification, the system can achieve a flue gas dust removal rate of ≥98%, increase the waste heat recovery rate to 82%, and significantly reduce industrial energy consumption and pollution emissions.
