Optimization and Application of CNC Machining Process Parameters for Vortex Bodies for High Efficiency and High Precision Processing
-
Abstract
To address the problem of difficult unification of accuracy and stability caused by the drastic curvature changes in the processing of variable-section vortices, an optimization method combining the curvature adaptive feed model and the variable-step interpolation algorithm was constructed. Practical experiments were conducted on the optimization algorithm, and it was found that the cutting force was stable within the range of 118 to 136 N, the surface topography parameter Sa was reduced to 1.28 μm, the contour error fluctuation was compressed to ±0.002 mm, and the processing efficiency was increased by approximately 15%. This method can effectively improve the processing quality of complex curved surfaces and enhance process stability.
