Optimization of Standard Modeling Design for Copper Tubes of Air Conditioning Equipment based on DFM Concept

Abstract
With the digital transformation of manufacturing processes, the modeling standards for copper tubes of air conditioning equipment need corresponding optimization to boost design and manufacturing efficiency. This paper introduces the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) concept to carry out optimization research on the existing modeling standards of air conditioning copper tubes. By systematically sorting out the defects of current modeling specifications, a technical method for establishing copper tube modeling standards based on process parameters is proposed. Meanwhile, a manufacturability verification system is embedded into the design workflow to guarantee the manufacturability of schemes at the source, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the digital upgrading of manufacturing industry.
