Simulation Analysis of Roller Crown Value for Calender

Abstract
Aiming at the advantage that crown rollers can improve the thickness uniformity of electrodes in wide-width calenders, this paper proposes a fast and accurate calculation method for roller crown values. Firstly, parametric modeling of the main structure of the calender is carried out. Secondly, mechanical simulation analysis of the established physical model is performed via engineering simulation software, and simulation data are exported. Finally, model parameters are adjusted according to actual working conditions to obtain crown curves corresponding to various operating conditions. The research results show that the main roller crown curves obtained by simulation analysis can guide the processing of crown rollers, effectively improving processing efficiency and reducing production costs.
