Research on Digital Twin Teaching for Industrial Robot Training Courses Based on NX MCD——Taking the exploration of teaching reform in electromechanical engineering education as an example

  • Abstact: Industrial robot-related training courses face issues such as high integration of training platforms, short operational time for students, and insufficient practical depth. Based on the construction objectives of the digital twin and virtual simulation training room for industrial robots, a progressive series of digital twin virtual simulation projects were developed, ranging from simple to complex, with detailed explanations of the specific implementation processes for each project. Practice has shown that the training projects developed using NX MCD-based digital twin virtual simulation software can achieve the transition from virtual workstation simulation to real-world workstation verification, combining virtual and physical elements to complement each other. This approach effectively enhances training outcomes and reduces the frequency of maintenance for training equipment.
