Abstract
In response to issues such as prolonged production cycles, short programming and debugging times, susceptibility to logical errors, and operational failures in automated production lines, a design scheme for constructing a virtual debugging platform for PLC logic programming and verification has been proposed. This scheme focuses on verifying and optimizing the operational logic of equipment, the process flow, and data communication between devices within the production line. It involves the three-dimensional modeling of the equipment and virtual debugging. Through repeated testing of the virtual operational logic of the production line and verification of the production scheduling algorithm, the optimal operational logic for the equipment and the most efficient algorithm for RGV material handling have been determined. This design effectively helps enterprises reduce errors caused by design and decision-making, thereby enhancing the development efficiency of automation projects and providing significant reference for data collection, analysis, and processing capabilities.
