Application of Intelligent Separation and Grinding Machine in Coalmine

Underground coal gangue intelligent dry separation was an effective technical means to realize green mining in coalmines. By integrating image recognition technology and TDS intelligent dry sorting robot in gangue sorting system, new intelligent sorting equipment is developed and corresponding optimized screening process is proposed, which significantly improves the sorting efficiency and reduces the operation cost. On this basis, the corresponding analysis model is established according to the coal quality characteristics of selected raw coal, big data analysis is used to carry out digital identification of coal and gangue. Results shows that, reduce manpower and improve sales volume 2.25 million per month, provide new vitality and new kinetic energy for the high-quality development of mine production and management.
