Design and Application Analysis of Intelligent Inspection System for Mine Water Pump Room

  • To address the issues of low automation and intelligence levels and low inspection efficiency in the inspection of mine pump rooms, this study optimized the pump room inspection system based on intelligent robot technology and automated monitoring technology, and designed an intelligent inspection system for water pump rooms. The system, centered around a mobile intelligent robot, integrated harmful gas sensors, thermal imaging sensors, and various visible light sensors to enable intelligent inspection of pump room equipment. Application tests showed that the system operated stably, with fast data acquisition speed and high accuracy. It effectively avoided problems such as missed or incorrect detections common in manual inspections, significantly reduced inspection costs, and improved work efficiency. The research results provide valuable reference for the design and application of intelligent inspection systems in mine pump rooms.
