Design and Development of a Test Bench for Comprehensive Performance Testing of Ultra-Low-Friction Cylinders
-
Abstract
Ultra-low-friction cylinders are currently widely used in the coating production process for new energy batteries, and their performance directly affects the quality and efficiency of battery production. However, given the wide variety of ultra-low-friction cylinders and the high performance requirements, existing testing equipment suffers from issues such as low accuracy, poor applicability and a low degree of automation, and is therefore unable to meet the industry's testing needs. Based on an understanding of the performance parameters and testing requirements of ultra-low-friction cylinders, this paper presents targeted research and design in key areas such as mechanical structure, pneumatic circuits and electrical control. This ultimately led to the development of a testing platform capable of assessing the primary performance characteristics of ultra-low-friction cylinders. Experimental validation has demonstrated that this platform effectively meets testing requirements and can provide support for the performance testing and product development of ultra-low-friction cylinders.
