Processing Technology and Optimization of Shell Hammer Rod for Electrolytic Cell

  • Digest: The shell hammer rod is a thin-walled component. When machined on a lathe, its rigidity is poor, making it difficult to find and position, and it is prone to deformation during clamping, resulting in low machining efficiency and pass rate of the workpiece. This article mainly focuses on the analysis and optimization of the machining process of the shell hammer rod, and based on this, designs specialized fixtures and tools suitable for its CNC cutting processing, which significantly improves the CNC machining efficiency and qualification rate of the part, providing technical ideas for the machining of similar parts.Abstract: The shell hammer rod is a thin-walled component.
