The Design and Simulation of Transmission Component for Pallet Stacking Machine

Abstract
The pallet stacking machine is a key piece of equipment on the logistics conveying line of automated warehouses, used to stack a certain number of pallets into groups. Its lifting transmission system is the core component that enables the stacking function. Based on an analysis of the design input conditions, this paper designs a lifting transmission system for a pallet stacking machine suitable for pallets with dimensions of 1 300×1 100×150 mm. Motor selection and transmission shaft structural design were carried out, and the stress distribution and safety factor were verified using the SolidWorks mechanical simulation module. The results confirm the rationality and reliability of the designed lifting transmission system.
