Structural Design of Indoor Ice-Melting Valve Stack based on MMC Topology

  • This paper investigates the structural strength of the MMC ice-melting valve stack during actual transportation. Finite element software is adopted to simulate transportation conditions and carry out random vibration simulation analysis on the valve stack structure. Based on the simulation results, the valve stack structure is optimized. The subsequent random vibration analysis verifies the strength of the optimized structure and proves that it satisfies the strength requirements under transportation vibration and shock conditions.
