Analysis and application of processing technology with multi-angle spatial features

Abstract
This paper addresses the challenges of machining multi-angle spatial features by proposing a solution based on boring and milling machining centres and universal attachments. Through R parameter programming and flexible adjustment of universal accessories, high precision machining of complex space features is realized. In this paper, the geometric features of multi-angle space features, machining process design, R parameter programming method and application of universal accessories are analyzed in detail, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by practical machining cases. The results show that this method can significantly improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of spatial features, and provide a reference for the machining of similar complex parts.
